Policy
- We collect an advance amount of 1000/- towards the confirmation of your booking. Partial advance amount (Rs 800/-) is refundable if you cancel the slot 72 hours prior to your booking.
- Please note that we do not offer refunds for any cancellations made after the 72-hour window. We also do not offer refunds for no-shows or late arrivals.
- If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible through WhatsApp (7605914205), so that we can make arrangements for your refund. We will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving your cancellation request.

1. Booking and Reservations
- Advance Booking: All bookings must be made in advance, either online or through our customer service. A booking is confirmed only after the payment has been processed.
- Payment: We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, and online bank transfers. Full payment or Partial Payment is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
- Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event.
- Rescheduling: Rescheduling is allowed up to 72 hours before the event, subject to availability.
2. Venue Use
- OTT Access: Guests are responsible for logging into their own OTT accounts. The theater is not liable for any issues related to third-party streaming services.
- USB Presentations: Guests can bring their own content on a USB drive. All content must be checked and approved by our staff to ensure compatibility and appropriateness.
- Decorations and Personalization: We offer customized decorations and setups. Guests are not allowed to bring their own decorations unless previously approved.
- Food and Beverages: Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Our theater offers a range of snacks and meals that can be ordered during the event.
3. Code of Conduct
- Behavior: We expect all guests to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior during their time at our theater. Any disruptive behavior may result in the immediate termination of the event without a refund. Damage to Property: Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to the theater’s property, including but not limited to seating, equipment, and decor.
- Cleanliness: Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness. Additional charges may apply for excessive cleaning requirements.
4. Privacy and Security
- Personal Information: We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. All data collected during booking will be used solely for the purpose of managing your reservation and will not be shared with third parties.
- Security: Our theater is equipped with CCTV for security purposes. By entering the premises, guests consent to being recorded for the safety and security of all parties involved.
5. Liability
- Personal Belongings: The theater is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings brought onto the premises.
- Health and Safety: Guests must follow all health and safety instructions provided by the theater staff. We are not liable for any injuries sustained due to negligence or failure to comply with safety guidelines.
- Force Majeure: The theater is not liable for any cancellation or disruption of services caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, or hardware faults.
6. Intellectual Property
- Content Usage: Any content displayed at the theater (films, music, presentations) must have the appropriate rights or licenses. The theater is not liable for any copyright infringement committed by guests.
- Photography and Recording: Photography and video recording within the theater are allowed for personal use only. Commercial use of recordings requires prior permission from theater management.
7. Special Requests and Customization
- Special Arrangements: We offer various customization options for events, including specific seating arrangements, themed decor, and special menus. These requests must be made at the time of booking and may incur additional charges.
- Accessibility: Our theater is committed to being accessible to all guests. Please inform us of any special needs at the time of booking to ensure we can accommodate your requirements.
8. Amendments to Policies
- Policy Changes: The theater reserves the right to amend these policies at any time. Guests will be notified of any significant changes prior to their booking date.
- Compliance: By booking with us, guests agree to comply with all policies outlined herein. Failure to adhere to these policies may result in the termination of services without refund. These policies are designed to ensure that all guests have a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience at your theater while protecting your business interests.
