1. Booking and Reservations
- Reservation Process: To secure a booking, customers must select a date and time, choose a package, and confirm details with our team. A deposit may be required to finalize the reservation.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours of the event will incur a 100% cancellation fee as specified in your booking agreement.
- Deposit and Payment: A refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. Full payment must be settled prior to start of event unless otherwise agreed.
- Additional Charges: Any additional services or requests beyond the initial package may incur extra charges, which will be communicated and approved before being applied.
- Event Time: The rental period doesn’t includes setup and cleanup time. Please ensure your event ends promptly to avoid additional charges.
- Capacity: The maximum capacity of the Venue is subject to fire and safety regulations. Exceeding this limit is prohibited.
- External Catering: Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
- Alcohol Consumption: Alcohol is strictly prohibited at our premises. Unauthorized consumption or distribution is not allowed.
- Decorations: All decorations must be approved by Filmarium Town. No items that may damage or deface property are allowed. Setup and removal of decorations must be done by Filmarium staff only and outside of rental period.
- Fog Effects: Use of fog effects is subject to prior approval and must comply with our safety regulations. Fog effect is completely subject to run time availability and full fog charges refund will be processed if not available.
- Property Damage: You are responsible for any damage caused to the theater or equipment during your event. Charges for repairs or replacements will be billed accordingly.
- Behavior: All guests must adhere to appropriate behavior and respect theater rules. Disruptive or harmful conduct may result in immediate termination of the event without refund.
- Safety: Compliance with all safety regulations and instructions provided by our staff is mandatory. Emergency exits and procedures must be observed.
- Photoshoots: Professional photoshoots are available and must be scheduled in advance. Unauthorized photography or recording is not permitted during other events.
- Media Release: By attending events at Filmarium Town, you consent to the use of images and videos taken during your event for promotional purposes.
- Unforeseen Events: Filmarium Town is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, power outages, or other emergencies . in case of hardware failure ,if filmarium town would not be able to arrange alternative theater then full refund will be processed.
- Terms Changes: We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you and will apply to bookings made after the amendment date.
